At BURG’IN, sustainability is built into how we operate every single day.
We follow a strict no reuse policy for cooking oil. Once used, the oil is responsibly collected and handed over to authorized recycling partners, where it is converted into eco-friendly resources such as biodiesel helping reduce overall carbon emissions without ever compromising on food quality.
Our responsibility extends beyond the kitchen. All food waste generated is carefully segregated and redirected through trusted partners to be transformed into biogas, compost, and organic manure, ensuring it never ends up in landfills.
For us, sustainability isn’t a claim it’s a system. One that allows us to serve great food while making conscious, measurable choices for the environment.
BURG’IN is an Indian brand built by chefs who have trained and worked in Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe.
After working in some of the world’s most demanding culinary environments, the goal was clear to bring that same level of precision, technique, and thoughtfulness to a format that is fast, accessible, and relevant.
We exist to bridge the gap between quick service and fine dining.
Every product at BURG’IN is developed in-house from recipes to sauces to final builds. Nothing is replicated, nothing is outsourced in spirit. Each burger is designed with intent, balancing technique with comfort, and quality with consistency.
